Direct shipping from the Netherlands – the fast option

If your ordered goods are in stock, we will ship them directly from our main warehouse in the Netherlands. Delivery time is approximately 15 business days. Delivery is curbside. This means the goods will be left in front of the building at the nearest available location.

We ship larger pieces of furniture with a freight forwarding company. Smaller items are sent with a parcel service. This direct shipping is free for orders over €5,500 including VAT. For orders under this amount, you'll see the shipping costs during the checkout process.

Shipping via our warehouse in Vienna – the cost-effective option

For certain orders, shipping via our warehouse in Vienna may be a more cost-effective option. In this case, the goods will first be delivered to our warehouse in Vienna, carefully inspected there, and then forwarded to you. Delivery is curbside. This means the goods will be left at the nearest available location in front of the building. The estimated delivery time is approximately 30 business days.

Comfort service – the premium variant

Pick up in Austria or the Netherlands

You can also pick up your order yourself. Pickup is free of charge and only available by appointment. This ensures that your order is ready.

There are two pickup locations available in Austria: in the municipality of Hagenbrunn (postal code 2201) or in Vienna (postal code 1010). The goods are usually ready for pickup within 30 business days.

Alternatively, you can also pick up your order from our warehouse in the Netherlands. This warehouse is located in the municipality of Noordwijkerhout (postal code 2211). If the goods are available and we have confirmed this in writing, collection is usually possible within five business days. We will coordinate the exact location and time with you personally.

Exhibits and goods from the special sale

Products from our special sale and display items are available immediately and are located exclusively in our warehouses in Austria. Pickup is free of charge and can be done either in the municipality of Hagenbrunn or in Vienna. We will inform you of the exact pickup location after you place your order. The goods are usually ready for pickup within approximately 10 business days.

Alternatively, we offer standard shipping for these items from Vienna. Delivery to the curb takes approximately 10 to 15 business days. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the payment process.

The delivery time only begins once we have received your payment in full and we have confirmed in writing that the goods are available. Without this confirmation, no delivery time can be guaranteed.
